Refund policy

 

1. Overview

At Bathriene, every towel is made with care and attention to quality.
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Our policy allows you to request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions below.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The item arrived with visible manufacturing defects or quality issues.
  • You received an incomplete order (missing items).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and inserts must be intact.
  • The request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed towels cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or free items.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please email us at contact@bathriene.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if damaged/defective)
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is approved, we’ll ask you to self-ship to our nearest return hub.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details for a NEFT/UPI refund. 

Shipping charges (if any) are Non Refundable.


6. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please mention this when you contact us.
We will dispatch the replacement product once your returned item passes quality checks.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider again.
  2. Then contact us at contact@bathriene.com — we’ll help you trace it right away.

8. Cancellations

To make a cancellation, please email us at contact@bathriene.com within 12 hours of placement.
Once shipped, the order can only be processed through the return/refund route as per this policy.
