1. Order Processing
At Bathriene, we take pride in ensuring your order reaches you fresh, clean, and perfectly packed.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Fees

Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive congestion.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
You can track the shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
4. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India.
If your address is outside our delivery network, we will inform you within 48 hours of placing the order and issue a full refund if delivery isn’t possible.
5. Delivery Delays or Issues
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team — we’ll help resolve it quickly.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered email us at contact@bathriene.com within 24 hours, attaching photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
In case of lost shipments, Bathriene will coordinate with the courier partner and issue a resolution after confirmation.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside India.
